Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years old.
• General basketball rules & gameplay understanding preferred but not required
• Tact and good public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and takedown of basketball equipment.
• Check-in teams and coaches; help direct patrons to their scheduled courts
• Set up and take down time clock.
• Track time and scoring
• Use buzzer to identify start & end times
• Officiate games and facilitate gameplay.
• Call out penalties, down and distant, and communicate with coaches.
• Enforce established safety rules and policies.
• Handle accidents appropriately; complete accident reports.
• Assist on-site supervisors as assigned.
• Keep playing areas clean and presentable.
