Job summary

YMCA of the Chippewa Valley is seeking enthusiastic individuals to serve as referees for our Youth & Adult Basketball Programs in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The role emphasizes fair play, game control, and maintaining a positive experience for all players and spectators.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with a passion for basketball, good people skills, and reliability. Prior refereeing is a plus, but training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the YMCA.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Referee experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basketball rules and safety.

$25 per adult game.

About the Role
