The City of Cedarburg (WI) seeks a Youth Basketball League Supervisor to manage the Parks & Recreation Department’s youth league operations, ensuring games run smoothly, facilities are prepared, officials are supported, and participants have a safe, positive experience.

You will serve as the on-site point of contact for players, coaches, parents, and referees during league play and help maintain schedules and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old minimum.
• Knowledge of basketball rules and league operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and fair in conflicts.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must be available Saturdays and Sundays during league season (Jan–Mar).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training may be provided).

• Provide conflict resolution and address any concerns or incidents that arise.
• Support referees and assist with any officiating issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times.
• Report accidents, injuries, and disciplinary concerns to Recreation Department staff.
• Assist with equipment set-up, take-down, and storage.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
