Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking enthusiastic basketball coaches to lead instructional sessions for children aged 4–14. You will implement the company curriculum, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high-energy interactions with players and families.

The position requires a minimum 2 years’ experience with kids and 1–5 years coaching basketball. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Travel and a strong safety mindset are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years with children (tutoring, camp, or youth activities).
• Basketball/youth sports coaching experience 1–5 years required.
• Excellent communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily basketball instruction for ages 4–14 with varied ability levels.
• Demonstrate skills and tactics, explain concepts, observe progress and give feedback.
• Supervise groups with attention to behavior, health, safety, and development.
• Ensure safety of students and staff on and off court.
• Organize and prepare daily lesson plans in a fun, creative way.
• Use classroom management to lead activities and foster inclusion.
• Collaborate with fellow specialists and be a positive role model.
