Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking energetic basketball coaches to lead youth programs for ages 4–18 in our after-school and camps. The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and positive role modeling, with opportunities to implement company curriculum.

Candidates should have 2+ years coaching youth sports, the ability to provide constructive feedback, and excellent communication with children and their parents. Travel may be required as part of programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with children; basketball coaching preferred.
• Ability to deliver constructive feedback and follow curriculum.
• Excellent communication with students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily basketball instruction/coaching to students aged 4–18 with varying abilities.
• Demonstrate skills and tactics; observe progress and give feedback.
• Group supervision focusing on behavior, health and safety, and personal development.
• Ensure student and team safety on and off the court.
• Organize and prepare daily lesson plans in a fun, creative way.
• Use effective classroom management to maintain an inclusive, engaging environment.
• Collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists on daily responsibilities and serve as a positive role model.
• Demonstrate Impact Kids Core Values at all times.
