The role involves school and community interventions to reduce aggression, improve coping, and support family involvement. The position requires a Bachelor's in a Human Service field with 2+ years of relevant experience, including work with children and families, and a demonstrated ability to meet service and productivity markers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field; 2 years post-bachelor experience with Mental Health populations.
• Minimum one year experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• Minimum two years as a Qualified Professional within the agency with productivity markers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services through school interventions to support child in school settings.
• Diminish aggressive behaviors through targeted practice and role play of social skills.
• Deliver group-based interventions such as skill building and positive behavioral supports.
• Maintain documentation for accountability and reimbursement.
