Bay State Community Services is seeking a Youth Advocate Supervisor to oversee a team of Youth Advocates delivering direct support, mentorship, and advocacy to youth facing social, emotional, educational, or behavioral challenges. The Youth Advocate Supervisor oversees a team of Youth Advocates who provide direct support, mentorship, and advocacy for young people facing social, emotional, educational, or behavioral challenges. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, staff development, and compliance with program standards.

What You Will Be Doing To Make a Difference...

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of Youth Advocates through regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Oversee case management practices, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and adherence to organizational policies.
• Provide crisis support and guidance to staff when complex youth situations arise.

Beal Street Supervisor Schedule, 4 day work week, every other weekend off, 2 week rotational schedule.

• Sunday: Off
• Monday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thursday: Off
• Friday: Off
• Saturday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements

Qualifications/Credentials

• The desire to work with youth
• Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Experience working with youth (12-18) in a residential/group care setting
