Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking a Youth Advocate Coordinator for our Juvenile Justice residential program serving court-involved youth aged 13 to 21.

You will oversee staff and youth, coordinate the daily program plan, and provide comprehensive interventions in a structured setting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field, at least two years of relevant experience, and a MA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• At least two years experience with the population.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for staff and youth.
• Supervise direct care staff ensuring policies are adhered to and expectations are met.
• Ensure safety and security, including security checks.
• Assist in developing and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
• Promote teamwork among staff and youth, fostering a supportive environment.
• Help youth identify goals and interests.
• Assign and lead daily group activities.
• Serve as an advocate and role model for youth.

Skills

Two years experience with juvenile pop

Valid MA driver’s license
