Safe Shores - The DC Children’s Advocacy Center is seeking a Youth Advocacy Initiative Coordinator to support and coordinate YAI services on-site, ensuring the smooth daily operation, managing records, budgets, and staff schedules, and assisting with program manuals and grants.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, experience in project administration, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in human services related field or equivalent.
• Experience in program or project management, administrative or clerical responsibilities.
• Budget oversight, inventory management and/or event planning.
• Advanced proficiency using data systems to track client and program metrics.
• Knowledge of Microsoft environment and SharePoint utilization.
• Strong public speaking skills and ability to run workshops and training sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and ensure quality and confidentiality of electronic records/documentation, statistical tracking, and inventory.
• Track participant attendance and program outcomes, assist with grant reporting, and support budgets.
• Support drafting and updating SOPs and training guides.
• Purchase, inventory, and stock supplies to ensure service delivery at primary locations.
• Maintain youth clothing closet inventory and budgets.
• Provide administrative support for on-call rotation and communications.
