• Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency client management databases; familiar with Teams/Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the review and assessment of information on all potential placements and decide on acceptance, rejection, or waitlist.
• Acquire funding information for each potential placement and current residents.
• Coordinate all admissions activities: contact referring sources, schedule on-site interviews, and set admission dates.
• Provide tours to clients, parents/guardians, and referring agents.
• Maintain and manage all admission information and documentation; create admission reports.
• Enter and manage admissions/client information in the ETO database; monitor HMIS data for RHYMIS-FYSB and CSF/HUD funded clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with apartment communities and property management to foster referrals.
