Job summary

Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. seeks a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join its Otsego County Youth ACT Team, serving youth ages 10-20 in Oneonta, NY.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with 2-3 remote days per week. You will provide assessments, diagnoses, and individual/family/group therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC license.
• 2+ years working with youth and families preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish candidates encouraged to apply.
• Valid NYS driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments, diagnosis, and individual/family/group therapy.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis response, de-escalation, and safety planning.
• Collaborate with youth, families, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Participate in team meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
