Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician ABA in Aliquippa, PA who will provide 1:1 behavioral health services to youth in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. The role operates under a Behavioral Consultant and follows a personalized treatment plan to improve independence and stability.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, promoting development, and delivering parent training while maintaining documentation and travel throughout assigned settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
• CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24) across home/school/community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant.
• Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development.
• Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
• Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress.
