Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to join our growing team in Tennessee. We provide in-home care for private-pay clients, VA, and CHOICES programs, with weekly pay and flexible full-time or part-time opportunities.

Caregivers deliver daily living assistance, personal care, mobility support, meal prep, reminders, and companionship in clients' homes across the state.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders and supervision.
• Companionship and daily routine support.
• Run errands and report changes to the team.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe home.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings
