Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is seeking experienced caregivers to join a growing team. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay and flexible scheduling designed to fit your life.

Caregivers provide daily living assistance, meal prep, mobility support, and companionship while helping clients stay safe and independent at home. Background checks and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member.
