Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in their own homes. The role supports private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES program participants.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living

• Following individualized client care plans

At Stand Out Home Care, our caregivers are the heart of what we do. We provide personalized in-home care that allows our clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We proudly serve private-pay clients as well as individuals receiving services through VA and CHOICES programs.
