Job summary

Jewish National Fund‑USA seeks a passionate Young Leadership Fundraiser to grow the JNFuture and lead donor engagement across Greater Philadelphia and surrounding regions. This role blends campaign fundraising with leadership development and regional program planning.

You will cultivate donors, plan programs, travel regionally, and join a national network of campaign professionals and Zionist leaders. Based in Bala Cynwyd, PA with travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills; strong attention to details and the ability to balance a variety of tasks and deadlines.
• Creative self-starter with the ability to work both independently as a team player
• Excellent oral and written communication, planning, and organizational skills
• A flexible and creative thinker able to find and create new giving opportunities for programs.
• Self-motivated, outgoing and results oriented; ability and desire to set and reach ambitious goals.
• Ability to respect and maintain donor confidentiality.
• Ability to travel mostly throughout region and Israel on occasion including for Global Conference, JNF University, JLIS
• Nonprofit boards and/or committees experience a plus.
• Days off for all work-prohibitive Jewish holidays, in addition to the secular US holidays
• 3pm close‑of‑business on Fridays

Responsibilities

• Lead JNFuture engagement and fundraising for young professionals ages 22–40.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit young‑adult prospects through networking, meetings, social media, and research.
• Support and guide JNFuture boards and young leadership committees.
• Plan and execute JNFuture programs in partnership with events and marketing teams.
• Advocate for young professionals in regional campaign strategy and represent JNF‑USA at community events.
• Recruit participants for JNFuture trips, missions, and Israel experiences.
• Participate in weekly JNFuture and regional team calls and regular check‑ins with your supervisor.
