Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios seeks a Creative Development Executive to lead YA programming from development through launch for Prime Video. You will identify strong material, guide top talent, and shape concepts, scripts, and IP with industry relationships.

You will manage creative projects across departments, recruit top-tier talent, and serve as the primary contact for series partners, ensuring high-quality development and successful launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of series development experience.
• Knowledge of the global media landscape.
• Experience working with casting, production, research, PR, business and legal affairs.
• Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development, production and post production.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop YA programming for Prime Video Series.
• Oversee the creative project management of a series through production, post and launch.
• Collaborate across Amazon’s Global Media Entertainment businesses.
• Partner with writers, directors, actors and producers.
• Recruit top-tier new talent.
• Serve as internal and external primary contact for Series.
