• Strong supervisory skills and ability to run daily operations.
• Certified in food safety.

Responsibilities

• Learns and supports the You First culture and core values.
• Puts their supervisory skills to work, ensuring daily operations run according to plan and with high standards.
• Understands food sourcing and ensures recipes are followed.
• Knows restaurant sales goals and works to exceed them.
• Coaches and observes the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table.
• Understands the 10 Commandments and applies them in action.
• Responds with urgency to customer and employee concerns.
• Communicates and takes ownership of repairs and maintenance issues.
• Is certified in food safety and coaches in safe handling.
• Is continuously scouting for and interviewing candidates to join our team.
• Keeps company assets secure; including computers, POS, security systems and equipment.
• Understands responsibilities of every position in the restaurant.
• Stops inappropriate behavior and investigates as needed.
• Trains, coaches, and develops team members daily.
• Recognizes exceptional performance.
• Accounts for all daily revenues and deposits.
• Completes admin duties and gets paperwork in on time.
