Responsibilities

• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Keeps all assigned areas clean, neat and sanitary, protecting safety and health and following guidelines.
• Inspects and selects cleaning techniques per orientation guidelines.
• Operates cleaning equipment safely and efficiently as observed by supervisor.
• May disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies.
• Disposes of trash and bio-hazardous materials using universal precautions.
• Keeps cart stocked with equipment and supplies; ensures chemicals are labeled and equipment works.
• Promotes professional relationships and maintains conduct.
• Assists in improving productivity and efficiency of the department.
• Complies with training commitments and ongoing professional development.
