Diakon seeks a dedicated youth services professional to develop and oversee day and evening programs that support youth through counseling and life skills development. You will mentor participants, assist them in setting personal goals, and document progress with care and confidentiality.

Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in human services preferred.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in related positions normally required.
ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
