White Moustache in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support the production team with prep work, packaging materials, and maintaining sanitation to uphold our high product quality. The role requires following SOPs, assisting in extrusion tasks, and keeping the workspace clean and organized at our facility on Hicks Street.

You will lift up to 50 pounds, work on-site, and contribute to safe, efficient daily operations in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Learn & follow specific step-by-step instructions in the vat extrusion production process with care
• Maintain sanitation throughout production facility to ensure food safety
• Keep workspace organized for efficiency and safety
• Follow proper cleaning, sanitizing and food safety guidelines

Responsabilités

• Assist in prep work and replenishing production equipment
• Prepare packaging materials and maintain production area cleanliness
• Ensure high sanitation levels and food safety across facilities
• Complete tasks per production procedures and management directions
• Support daily factory upkeep and waste/recycling removal
• Maintain facility sanitation including floors, rooms and common areas
• Follow SOPs for yogurt extrusion and restock vats for next run
