Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify production orders, materials, and production information for accuracy.
• Enter and maintain data in the ERP system; identify discrepancies and take corrective action.
• Compile and file production, purchasing, and inventory records and reports.
• Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules; backup to the Yogurt Production Scheduler.
• Communicate schedules and requirements with yogurt make and packaging departments.
• Collaborate with shipping and other departments to identify and correct inventory errors.
• Ensure timely completion of production documentation and records.
