Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of bookkeeping or clerical experience with ERP systems, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel. Lifting up to 15 pounds and collaborating across teams are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or clerical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and solve problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
• Familiarity with accounting principles and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production metrics using accounting systems and spreadsheets.
• Update and reconcile production and inventory records in the ERP system.
• Identify and report discrepancies in production/financial data to the supervisor.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules for assigned areas.
