Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives.
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide friendly service.
• Educate customers about products and community culture.
• Assist in processing shipment and visual merchandising.
• Ensure all store procedures are executed as per company policies.
