Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to move constantly around the store to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and stock management
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relations to maximize operations
• Contribute to safe, clean, and efficient store environment
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and teams as needed
• Assist in company operations directives and initiatives
• Process shipments and ensure product flow, including merchandising and replenishment
• Use store metrics to drive business decisions and customer satisfaction
