Job summary

ALO in Lexington, KY is seeking an Operations Associate (Part-Time) to support store operations and drive profitability through efficient processes. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, timely replenishment, shipment processing, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to deliver a great guest experience.

You will partner with the Operations & Visual Management team, move actively on the sales floor, and help implement company directives while upholding safety, teamwork, and exceptional

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a client-centric sales/ops environment.
• Must be able to move constantly around all store areas.
• Ability to lift/push/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, knee, climb, crawl and use a ladder.
• Must stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results and work as a team.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with the Store Manager.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation through stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Assist in processing shipment and ensuring product flow.
• Demonstrate business acumen with metrics to support strategies.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
