Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to support store profitability and efficiency. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team on inventory, receiving, replenishment, and visual standards to ensure a smooth store flow and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes physical movement, teamwork, and a passion for customer service, with part-time scheduling and a focus on delivering exceptional in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• The role requires 1+ years in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Constant movement in and around all areas of the store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Stands for an entire shift and moves around the store regularly.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and inventory control.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, and facilities to maximize operations.
• Support safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to serve business needs and guests.
• Execute directives with Operations & Visual Management teams.
• Assist in processing shipment and product flow, including replenishment and merchandising.
• Use metrics to inform business-driving strategies.
• Resolve client needs quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs for business goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in both sales floor and back-of-house areas.
