Job summary

YogaSix Norwood is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to drive studio revenue through proactive membership sales and exceptional customer engagement. You will guide prospects through membership options, recommend class formats, and close sales while supporting the General Manager in achieving monthly targets.

The role emphasizes lead generation, events participation, and delivering a high‑quality member experience, with occasional travel for community marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven sales mindset with strong communication and customer service
• Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system

Responsibilities

• Execute the full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, follow‑up, and closing
• Meet and exceed monthly membership and retail sales goals
• Conduct studio tours to build rapport and drive memberships
• Maintain knowledge of all membership options, pricing, and class formats
• Communicate the value of YogaSix as a premium fitness brand
• Book qualified appointments to support monthly quotas
• Participate in grassroots events to generate leads and promote the studio
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
• Continuously develop selling skills through training and coaching
• Perform additional duties as assigned
