CorePower Yoga is opening a new McLean studio and seeks a New Studio Opening Sales Advisor to welcome new students, build community excitement, and enroll Founding All Access memberships from day one. You’ll collaborate with Studio, Area, and District Managers to meet monthly sales goals, plan in-studio events, nurture relationships, and guide first-time guests toward a lifelong CorePower Yoga journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success in sales, preferably memberships or services.
• Ability to build authentic relationships and drive conversions.
• Experience planning or supporting local events to drive engagement.
• Strong networking and community outreach skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize timely follow-up with inbound inquiries for Founding All Access Memberships.
• Champion local outreach to build awareness around new studio openings.
• Cultivate partnerships with local businesses to drive student engagement.
• Identify and engage potential company partners using local reports; qualify leads.
• Plan and host in-studio events to welcome the community from day one.
