Job summary

CorePower Yoga is hiring a New Studio Opening Sales Advisor to drive membership sales for a new studio. You will build relationships with students, convert leads, and partner with Area/Studio Managers. Expect travel to other facilities and a full-time schedule including non-traditional hours.

You will thrive with an outgoing personality, strong organization, and ability to build rapport quickly. Bonus for having a local network to lean into!

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial self-starter with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience and comfort with sales targets.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with team spirit.
• Strong local network is a plus.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet goals.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and flexible hours.
• 3+ years of sales experience selling monthly/annual subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new and existing students to drive CPY memberships.
• Generate leads from classes, events, and inquiries.
• Follow up consistently to convert memberships.
• Support in-studio/market engagement and activations.
• Build brand awareness with local businesses and partners.
• Know top students and deliver hospitality at a high level.
• Maintain marketing materials and station materials as needed.
• Communicate effectively with Field Leadership and Studio Support Center.
• Hit monthly goals and retain members.
• Own the student experience in the studio and assist with New Student Packets.
• Learn and use POS system; train instructors on selling processes.
