CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver premium customer service, support teachers and students, and maintain a welcoming studio environment. The position drives retail and rental revenue while ensuring smooth class flow across all studio levels.

The role emphasizes guest experience, POS accuracy, and adherence to CPY brand standards with flexible hours and opportunities for growth within the in-studio team.

Qualifications

• Passion for wellness, fitness, or yoga.

• Reliable, responsible, and consistent.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Demonstrate confidence and accuracy in running the point-of-sale (POS) system to support seamless student transactions.
• Preferred: SET experience at CorePower; hospitality or retail background.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Student Experience: deliver a best-in-class welcome; manage waitlists; assist with purchases; reconcile rosters.
• Studio Retail Support: assist with sizing, product recommendations, and floor presentation.
• Studio Maintenance & Cleanliness: tidy spaces, reset props, clean mirrors, and keep spaces stocked.
• Opening & Closing Duties: manage opening/closing; secure the studio; reconcile POS.
