Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Chicago to help drive store profitability and efficiency. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory, shipments, replenishment and floor set updates while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Part-time, non-exempt role requiring constant movement, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to thrive in a busy retail environment. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Constant movement throughout store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move safely.
• Stand/walk for entire shift and work during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and store operations.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgets, vendors, and facilities to optimize operations.
• Foster a safe work environment and efficient stockroom practices.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Apply company operations directives with the Ops & Visual Management teams.
• Assist in processing shipments and daily replenishment.
• Use metrics to drive business decisions and customer satisfaction.
