ALO is seeking a Sales Associate in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on delivering the ALO experience through product knowledge, service excellence, and a community-centered approach.

You will work with leadership to meet store goals, participate in Flow initiatives, and maintain a welcoming shop floor with collaboration across Retail, Yoga, and Café. The position requires movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences

Qualificações

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
• Requires constant movement around store.

Responsabilidades

• Impact store business and environment in line with leadership and goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly shopping environment.
• Build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results and growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
• Educate on store goals, initiatives, product launches and guest-facing programs.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café).
• Leverage company tools and incentives to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly and ensure satisfaction.
• Educate guests on our product, community and culture.
• Maintain daily schedule with leadership to support business strategy.
• Assist with shipments and product flow, including visual merchandising and replenishment.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
