ALO is seeking an Operations Associate at Mall at Short Hills in Millburn, NJ. This full-time role focuses on driving profitability and efficiency within the store team, collaborating closely with the Operations & Visual Management group to execute key tasks and improve store operations.

The position requires working across inventory, shipments, replenishment, floor sets, and visual standards, while delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales or operations.
• Able to move constantly throughout store.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgets, vendors, and facilities to optimize operations.
• Ensure safety and efficient stockroom practices.
• Assist on the floor to meet business needs and guest service.
