Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Yoga & Program Lead to deliver CPY classes and drive teacher training enrollment. You will lead program facilitation, mentor students, and collaborate with studio leadership to grow the CPY community.

This full-time role requires 40+ hours weekly, including evenings and weekends, with a mix of in-studio and remote work. CorePower values include empowerment, gratitude, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Must hold Yoga Alliance ERYT 500 certification.
• CPY teaching experience of 2+ years preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Available to work 40+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Teach CorePower Yoga classes (C2, YS formats) to maintain quality standards.
• Lead teacher training enrollment and program facilitation every week.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to students and peers.
• Coordinate with Regional Yoga & Program Manager and studio leadership.
• Attend enrollment and facilitation meetings and support program goals.
