About StretchLab

We are the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, founded by experts from the personal training industry. Our team is certified in various fields including physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga, Pilates, and more. We pride ourselves on providing world-class stretching sessions through our proprietary Flexologist training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized assisted stretch sessions and lead group classes for up to 6 clients
• Motivate and encourage clients during sessions
• Build membership and retain clients through sales
• Manage client care and ensure safety
• Schedule and update client appointments and notes
• Promote client engagement and membership renewal
• Participate in staff meetings and educational sessions
• Assist with studio tours and sales
• Maintain social media presence and studio cleanliness

Qualifications

• Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, or yoga
• Experience in a fitness or health environment with hands-on training
• Relevant fitness certification
• Excellent communication and empathetic skills
• Reliable, professional, and available for training
