UFC Gym in Lancaster, PA (located inside the Park City Center Mall) is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) for part-time roles in a safe, stable, and positive environment. We value providing experiences that support health, wellbeing, and quality of life for our members and non-members. We welcome both experienced therapists and new graduates.

Flexible schedules are available. We supply sheets, oils, lotions, etc. You choose your working days and hours each week. Build your client base through self-promotion and marketing.

The position offers flexible, part-time schedules across 7 days per week. Average earnings range from $35-$50/hour plus tips.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized soft tissue work, including modalities like Swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and manual lymphatic drainage.
• Offer specialty services such as sports/medical massage, stretch therapy, cupping, acupuncture, hot stones, Himalayan salt therapy, aromatherapy, and more.

Requirements:

• Current massage therapy license for Pennsylvania.
• Compliance with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, excellent communication, customer service skills, and a professional appearance.

Having a Personal Trainer Certification is a plus but not required. Compensation is 40% commission of service fees (average $30-$45/hour) plus tips.
