Qualifications

• Current yoga certification (RYT-200 or higher).
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
• Strong understanding of yoga principles, alignment, and safe sequencing.
• Ability to guide classes with clear verbal cues and thoughtful pacing.
• Experience offering modifications and progressions for a range of abilities.
• Comfortable teaching a variety of class styles (e.g., vinyasa, flow, restorative) preferred.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to scheduled classes.
• A calm, confident presence with strong interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in supporting clients’ physical and mental well-being.
