Qualifications

• Certified yoga teacher with a 200-hour RYT certificate.
• Minimum two years of yoga instruction experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clients.
• First Aid and CPR certification would be a plus.
• Knowledge of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and instruct a variety of yoga classes for different skill levels and ages.
• Communicate with members about expectations and objectives during classes.
• Guide sequence variations and modifications and use supportive equipment.
• Adapt classes for different fitness levels and participant challenges.
• Ensure safety with clear instructions and proper technique.
• Foster a welcoming environment encouraging yoga as part of a balanced lifestyle.
