Job summary

CorePower Yoga seeks a Rotunda-based part-time instructor in Baltimore, MD. You will welcome students, check them in, guide CPY-aligned classes, and support each student to live their power with safety and care.

Requirements include a 200-hour yoga teacher training with 50 hours CE after 2020 and current CPR/AED certification. You should be able to lead up to 1.5 hours of heated practice and contribute to a positive studio community.

Qualifications

• Certificate from a 200-hour yoga teacher training with CE hours after 2020.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to lead students in up to 1.5 hours of activity.

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of two CorePower Yoga classes per week (≥4 hours).
• Guide students with alignment, offer modifications, and cue CPY formulas.
• Be at the studio 30 minutes before/after classes for prep and community engagement.
• Check-in students, manage POS tasks, and support a memorable CPY experience.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold CPY values in daily work.
