Job summary

CorePower Yoga seeks an instructor to deliver an extraordinary studio experience. You will guide students through CPY-aligned classes, ensure safety, and embody CPY values while welcoming participants at the front desk.

The role requires a 200-hour yoga teacher training with CE hours, CPR/AED certification, and strong communication skills. You will work in a studio setting, with opportunities to grow the CPY community.

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion from a 200-hour yoga teacher training with additional CE hours (pre/post-2020 rules).
• Post-2020: format-related 200-hour training or CorePower Yoga Online training.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to lead students in physical activity for up to 1.5 hours.

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of two CorePower Yoga classes per week (>=4 hours in studio).
• Educate students on alignment and provide appropriate modifications.
• Be available 30 minutes before/after class for preparation and community engagement.
• Greet and check-in students, manage POS transactions and front desk duties.
• Foster a welcoming studio environment and uphold CPY values.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain health protocol standards.
• Act as an in-studio ambassador for CPY initiatives and programs.
