Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a temporary Yoga Instructor to lead group classes, workshops, and private sessions in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will create an inclusive, motivating atmosphere while ensuring safety and proper technique.

Responsibilities include planning sessions, demonstrating techniques, adapting for all fitness levels, and staying current with trends and certifications. CPR/First Aid is preferred. Reports to the Director of Fitness.

Qualifications

• The candidate must hold a Yoga certification (200hr+).
• Experience leading group classes, workshops and private sessions.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, safety guidelines, and anatomy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to energize and motivate groups of all fitness levels.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead group fitness classes, workshops, and private sessions.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and provide modifications for various fitness levels.
• Motivate and engage participants to stay active.
• Monitor participants' form and ensure safety to prevent injuries.
• Create a welcoming environment for all attendees.
• Stay current on fitness trends and certifications.
• Set up and clean fitness equipment before and after classes.
• Promote upcoming classes and programs to boost participation.
