The Weigand Family YMCA in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a part-time Group Exercise Instructor for Yoga sessions. This role focuses on connecting participants with each other and their wellness goals, while leading energizing, safe classes and addressing participant questions to support their fitness journeys.

Responsibilities include maintaining class structure, ensuring health components are met, and providing a welcoming environment for diverse participants.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of group exercise instruction or equivalent preferred.
• Must have and maintain current certifications (ACE/YMCA, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, or NETA).
• Ability to relate to and communicate with diverse groups of people.

Responsabilidades

• Connect participants to one another and their wellness goals.
• Lead energizing, safe group classes and assist participants as needed.
• Adhere to safe class structure and health/fitness components.
