Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging yoga and or mat Pilates classes for various skill levels.
• Provide personalized guidance and modifications to ensure member safety and comfort.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space after classes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

• Lead safe, effective, and well-structured Mat Pilates and/or Yoga classes
• Create a welcoming and inclusive class environment for all fitness levels
• Provide clear instruction, appropriate modifications, and hands-on guidance when appropriate
• Build rapport with members and foster a strong sense of community
• Arrive prepared and on time, with thoughtful class programming
• Maintain professionalism and represent Pattie K Fitness and partner sites positively
• Communicate with management regarding scheduling, attendance, and member feedback
