Job summary

The Anaheim Family YMCA is seeking Y Complex staff to oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring member services, facility rentals, safety procedures, and policies are coordinated and followed.

Shifts are part-time, 4:00 pm–10:30 pm on weekdays and Sundays; Saturday/Sunday mornings 7:30 am–12:00 pm. Requirements include 18+, HS diploma or GED, one year of college or work experience, CA driver’s license, background check, health screening, and CPR/First Aid within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• One year of college or work experience required.
• CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Valid CA driver's license and proof of CA vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staff responsibilities, facility rentals, member services, and safety procedures.
• Enforce and administer YMCA rules and policies.
• Report incidents and policy violations to the supervisor.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures and checklists.
