Entravision is seeking a Director of Yield Operations in New York, NY, to lead revenue optimization across podcast, streaming audio, and digital audio inventory. This role connects Sales, Programmatic Operations, Data Analytics, and Product to monetize inventory efficiently and profitably.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in digital audio ecosystems, pricing strategy, forecasting, and BI tools, with a track record of driving revenue growth and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic advertising, revenue operations, yield management, or monetization.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Deep understanding of digital audio advertising ecosystems including podcasts, streaming audio, and programmatic audio.
• Experience managing inventory optimization, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasting.
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Experience working with SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, and programmatic marketplaces.
• Proven ability to drive measurable revenue growth through yield optimization initiatives.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute yield management strategies across podcast, streaming audio, and digital audio inventory.
• Maximize revenue through dynamic pricing, inventory allocation, floor price optimization, and demand diversification.
• Monitor KPIs such as CPM, fill rate, eCPM, and inventory utilization.
• Oversee programmatic monetization across SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, and audio platforms.
• Analyze bid density, win rates, partner performance, and auction dynamics to improve yield outcomes.
• Collaborate with demand-side partners to increase advertiser participation and liquidity.
• Own forecasting and capacity planning to align inventory with revenue objectives.
• Provide BI-enabled insights to leadership and drive revenue growth.
