You will drive DD reductions, develop SPC methods, and collaborate across fabs and product groups to optimize resonator performance and device parameters for game-changing products.

Qualifications

  • Experience with inline and end-of-line defect inspections.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets to identify defect trends.
  • Knowledge of SPC methodologies and DOE concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality inspection recipes that provide reliable inline signals for tool and process health.
  • Lead improvement projects for efficiency, cost reduction or quality enhancements.
  • Support high-volume manufacturing with lot and equipment disposition to minimize cycle time.
  • Identify systemic or acute problems and communicate findings to engineering teams.
  • Collaborate across fabs and TI technologies to meet defect inspection and defect reduction goals.
  • Work with process, integration and test engineers to optimize device parameters.
  • Assist in optimizing resonator performance to enable market-leading products.
