Job summary

Green Corps offers a yearlong, paid Organizer program that blends classroom instruction with field experience to launch your organizing career while making a direct environmental impact across the United States.

Organizers will receive eight weeks of training, run three to five campaigns in multiple locations, and manage a grassroots canvass office. Start in August 2026 with competitive compensation and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Passion for protecting the environment and dedicating your career to environmental work.
• Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and teamwork.
• Leadership experience on campus or in the community.
• Strong work ethic and ability to adjust plans during campaigns.
• Eagerness to learn organizing and work on multiple campaigns across locations.

Responsibilities

• Receive eight weeks of classroom training to learn organizing theory and skills.
• Run three to five campaigns across different locations and contexts.
• Lead a grassroots canvass office, hiring and managing canvass staff.
• Graduate with skills to pursue organizing jobs in the environmental movement.
