Job summary

ADESA is seeking a Transport Driver to move, stage, and park vehicles for car auctions, both on and off site. You will ensure safe handling and accurate VIN verification while delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Position offers a stable year-round schedule, with attention to safety, valid driver’s license, and ability to operate manual or automatic transmissions. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team.
• Able to drive various makes/models and transmission types.
• Strong safety awareness and customer-facing manners.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to and from customer or vendor lots while following auction rules and road safety.
• Drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale day and operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Verify VINs against transportation requests.
• Park and stage vehicles in correct order and location.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds, noting any damage before movement.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and respond to inquiries.
