Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking a Transportation Driver to move vehicles to and from customer or vendor lots and to drive through auction lanes. You will ensure safety, verify VINs, and maintain orderly lot organization while delivering courteous service.

This role features part-time shifts with a daytime schedule in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. A valid license and clean driving record are required, and excellence in customer interaction is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to follow directions and work in a team environment.
• Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Basic reading and number comprehension to understand lot organization, safety, and directions.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to and from customer or vendor lots while following auction rules and safe driving practices.
• Drive assigned vehicles through auction lanes on sale day.
• Verify VIN against transportation requests.
• Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed.
• Move vehicles and locate them as needed.
• Inspect tires, start-up procedures, and note any damage during walk-arounds.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and respond to inquiries.
